Cooking pasta and making cheese in a vineyard

We go out the touristic routes in a village called TRAMONTI, close to Maiori, famous for wine and cheese production.
This is really a sercret spot, it's an home restaurant surrounded by vineyards. The owners are simply "happy people" who love to share their place and knowledge with travellers. You will find yourself involved in their enthusiastic mood, they are fantastic!
They produce vegetables, fruits, cheese, meat, eggs, grapes to make wine. . . . almost everything you gonna eat.
You will explore the garden choosing and picking seasonal vegetables for then cooking them.

We meet in Tramonti if you have your own car or in Maiori and we go by my private car to the village of Tramonti (20 minutes far). Along the way we can admire all the vineyards terraces, limestone walls that climb the top of the mountains, the gorgeous nature around us.
We reach the farm, a unique spot: imagine an home restaurant surrounded by vineyards.
Raffaella, the owner will welcome us with a smile! We will go with her in her garden to choose and pick up vegetables.
She will show us how to prepare the typical local pasta, the dowg and how to give the shape.
Her family owened a mozzarella cheese factory, so she will show us how to make this special cheese.
After the cooking lesson we relax on the terrace where we have lunch: antipasto with fresh vegetables, salami and cheese, home made pasta, a second course and the dessert, wine and limoncello.
